Advocacy And Civic Engagement Manager
The Advocacy and Civic Engagement Manager will lead CEP’s policy, civic engagement, and grassroots organizing strategies to build power for Caribbean LGBTQ+ immigrants in New York City and New York State. This role will coordinate legislative and budget campaigns, deepen CEP’s participation in key coalitions, and design civic engagement initiatives that move our community from visibility to political power.
Communications And Storytelling Manager
The Communications and Storytelling Manager oversees the Caribbean Equality Project’s communication and digital engagement strategy, utilizing storytelling to promote social, immigrant, racial, and gender justice. This role shapes CEP’s brand voice through compelling, narrative-driven content—covering social media, newsletters, campaigns, fundraising, and visual storytelling—to enhance impact and motivate collective action.
Social Work, Research, and Direct Service Internships
Caribbean Equality Project is proud to offer academic and multicultural field placement educational opportunities for social work (MSW) and counseling (MHC) students to work with the LGBTQ+ community.
