We are looking to hire a AI Integrated Marketing Director to join our team. Working globally across segments, solution areas, and audiences, the Global Demand Center (GDC) is leading marketing transformation at Microsoft. In the GDC, we lead digital-first sales motions, customer engagement marketing at scale, campaigns to celebrate launches, events to strengthen customer connection and product understanding, plus relationship marketing designed to onboard, and deepen brand love. Using advanced analytics, marketing automation, and digital marketing, we are on a mission to drive market share, consumption, and consistent double-digit+ revenue growth. At the heart of this mission is a new role, instrumental in shaping integrated marketing approaches for AI, driving integrated marketing strategies for the rapidly evolving AI narrative, collaborating across GDC's solution areas and marketing channels to ensure a unified and impactful approach.

Responsibilities
- Drive AI integrated marketing initiatives, ensuring consistent and impactful messaging across Microsoft's varied marketing channels and solution areas.
- Foster collaboration and synergy among GDC solution area leads, ensuring a cohesive and integrated approach to AI-focused marketing strategies and always-on marketing campaigns.
- Engage closely with PMM partners, promoting an integrated marketing approach that positions Microsoft as a leader in AI.
- Create visibility of cross-solution area AI marketing priorities, effectively communicating updates and plans to executive teams and ensuring alignment with broader goals.
- Engage with integrated marketing play leads, content strategists, and PMM stakeholders to support the design and execution of cross-solution integrated marketing campaigns across platforms.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and reviews, ensuring on-time delivery and quality of significant cross-solution area AI marketing moments and launches.
- Maintain a consistent and transparent communication rhythm with all stakeholders, assuring them of the quality and alignment of marketing deliverables with our strategic goals.
- Recognize and advocate for the adoption or development of new processes, solutions and capabilities within GDC to ensure an innovative and effective approach to AI marketing.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 5+ years integrated marketing (e.g., digital, relationship, social media, campaign), event management, marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations, or related work experience
- OR equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 7+ years integrated marketing (e.g., digital, relationship, social media, campaign), event management, marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations, or related experience
- OR Master's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 3+ years integrated marketing (e.g., digital, relationship, social media, campaign), event management, marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations, or related experience
- OR equivalent experience.
- Effective communication capabilities and a track record of influencing at diverse organizational levels and creating clarity across multiple stakeholder groups.
- A results-oriented approach complemented by a profound sense of accountability and experience in steering large projects from conception to completion.

Integrated Marketing IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $124,800 - $242,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $159,000 - $264,000 per year.
