Associate Director, Political Engagement

The organization is seeking an Associate Director of Political Engagement to lead its political action, grassroots, and external affairs initiatives from its Washington, DC office. This role involves overseeing the operations of the political action committee and developing strategies for fundraising and political giving. The Associate Director will also manage grassroots outreach programs, coordinate attendance at PAC fundraisers, and collaborate with advocacy organizations to promote key priorities. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree and at least 10 years of relevant experience in government advocacy or political campaigns, including 6 years in a management role.
