Associate Legislative Director

The organization seeks an Associate Legislative Director to engage with federal legislative processes to promote the interests of the organization, particularly those with spinal cord injuries and diseases. This role involves direct communication with Congress members and their staff, conducting thorough analyses of legislation, and preparing written materials such as testimony and reports. The ideal candidate will have an undergraduate degree, strong communication skills, and preferably experience in legislative or government relations, particularly related to the organization' benefits and healthcare. This position is hybrid, requiring two days in the office and three days remote.
