Associate, UDP Political

Position Summary: United Democracy Project is hiring a Political Associate for the 2026 election cycle. Length of Employment: November 15, 2025 through December 31, 2026. This individual will assist the senior team in the production of paid political communication.

Responsibilities Include

• Working with our senior team to keep track of deadlines for products including polling, mail, TV, digital and more
• Working directly with the Political Director to institute processes and systems to meet deadlines and production schedules
• Working with team members to bring greater efficiency to work flow and production of political products
• Working with vendors to ensure deliverables are received on time and accurately
• Other duties as assigned
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 1-2 cycles of campaign experience preferred
• Excellent organizational skills with impeccable attention to detail
• Experience managing multiple processes and deadlines simultaneously
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment that requires flexibility as needs and priorities change
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and Outlook required
• Commitment to a strong US-Israel relationship a must
  
  

This position is benefits eligible.

AIPAC is offering a competitive market base salary between $65,000.00 and $80,000.00 for the position. A job offer within the range will depend on how closely a candidate's skills and experience match the role's requirements. AIPAC also offers a competitive and comprehensive benefits package that contributes to employees’ overall total compensation package. We currently work remotely two days a week and in our offices the other three. AIPAC is an equal-opportunity employer.
