Job Description
The organization seeks an Associate or Senior Associate to focus on state privacy legislation and emerging technology regulation. This role involves significant oral advocacy, including testifying at legislative hearings, meeting with policymakers, and representing clients in negotiations. Candidates should have a JD from an ABA-accredited law school, 3 to 5 years of relevant legal or public policy experience, and exceptional public speaking skills. Senior Associates will lead initiatives with minimal oversight. The position is remote, with travel required approximately 10%-20% of the time for advocacy activities.
