This role involves managing amicus briefs and regulatory litigation in various courts, including the U.S. Supreme Court, while collaborating with member companies and trade associations. Key responsibilities include case analysis, strategy development, and supervising outside counsel. Candidates should possess a Juris Doctor degree, at least three years of trial and appellate litigation experience, and strong legal research and communication skills. A federal judicial clerkship and regulatory litigation experience are preferred.
