Job Title: Campaign Coordinator
Location: El Paso, TX

Job Overview: Veronica Escobar for Congress is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Coordinator to manage a Congressional campaign. The Campaign Coordinator will play a key role in coordinating events, staffing Congresswoman Veronica Escobar at political in-person and virtual events, maintaining relationships with the local, state and national Democratic Party, assisting with in-state donor relations, maintaining records and more. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the success of a congressional campaign, gain valuable experience in political action and relationship-building, and work in a fast-paced learning culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Event Support: Coordinate logistics for virtual and in-person political events, including supporting donor outreach and post-event follow-up. Staff Congresswoman Escobar at political meetings, rallies and other events.
  • Volunteer Management: Manage volunteer outreach and activities and organize events that mobilize grassroots support and voter outreach
  • Donor Relations: Assist in the preparation of donor correspondence, thank-you letters, and follow-up communications
  • Administrative Support: Coordinate with the Congresswoman’s schedulers, manage correspondence, and campaign time
  • Campaign Coordination: Coordinate various aspects of the campaign during the 2026 election cycle and collaborate with her senior political team

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous experience in political campaigns or finance is a plus, but not required
  • Time management skills, ability to work under pressure, and comfortable balancing multiple responsibilities at once
  • Ability to collaborate with coworkers across time zones and geographic locations
  • Spanish language and El Paso ties a plus

Desire to work in a learning environment, flexible hours and weekends

Compensation: Negotiable, but starting at $25/hour. Hours will be determined by need of the campaign and may exceed 40 hours during election year(at minimum 25 hours)
