Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Campaign Manager based in West Palm Beach, FL, with some flexibility for remote work. The Campaign Manager will oversee day-to-day campaign operations, develop strategic plans to achieve campaign goals, manage budgets, and supervise campaign staff. Responsibilities include planning and executing fundraising events, coordinating with volunteers, overseeing digital and social media initiatives, and ensuring alignment with the campaign’s vision. Additionally, the Campaign Manager will be responsible for data analysis to measure progress and inform strategy adjustments.

Qualifications

  • Experience in campaign strategy, project management, and leadership
  • Strong skills in fundraising, event planning, and volunteer coordination
  • Knowledge of digital media platforms, social media strategy, and data analytics
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in political campaign software and tools is a plus
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Political Science, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field
  • Experience in political campaigns, community organizing, or electoral strategies is highly preferred
