How You’ll Make an Impact


You’ll step into the space between campaign ambition and campaign execution, where vision meets logistics, and energy needs direction.

Your job is to bring order, structure, and strategy to teams that already have the drive but need the systems to match it.

As a Campaign Software Sales Associate, you’ll guide Republican candidates, PACs, and organizations to run smarter, faster, and more efficiently through our Campaign-in-a-Box platform. You’ll translate political vision into practical workflows, ensuring every message, dollar, and voter contact moves with clarity and purpose.

This isn’t about selling software. It’s about helping leaders lead well, equipping them to run disciplined, values-driven campaigns that reflect the communities they serve.


What Winning Looks Like


Within your first 6–12 months, you’ll have built measurable momentum. You’ll know the rhythm, own the system, and see your fingerprints on victories that matter.

Build and Serve. Manage a disciplined rhythm of daily prospecting, demos, and follow-ups that compounds into lasting results.

Expand Reach. Bring on new campaign accounts through outreach, demos, and event networking.

Drive Activation. Ensure at least 90% of new accounts are fully onboarded and active.

Earn Trust. Build enduring relationships with key GOP leaders at the county and state levels.

Become Indispensable. Serve as the go-to advisor helping clients leverage the software to raise more, reach more voters, and win more efficiently.

By month six, you’ll operate independently, with confidence, clarity, and a direct line of sight between your effort and their success.


What You’ll Do


You’ll bring discipline, empathy, and follow-through to every stage of the account lifecycle.

Lead with insight. Listen first, then connect campaign account pain points to clear, actionable solutions.

Guide the launch. Design customized onboarding and success plans that turn signups into active, effective campaigns.

Be present in the field. Represent Campaign-in-a-Box at GOP events and campaign kickoffs, building trust, and understanding what candidates face on the ground.

Work as one team. Collaborate with creative, technical, and compliance teams so every promise made is a promise kept.

Measure what matters. Track performance, share what’s working, and refine the system as you grow.

You’ll Succeed Here If You

You have experience in political campaign environments, campaign management software tools, or political consulting, and you understand the rhythms of a live campaign.

You grasp GOP infrastructure and voter outreach, not just the mechanics, but the motivations behind them.

You’ve built a track record of earning trust, closing deals, and following through.

You thrive in the mix of strategy, service, and travel, keeping your balance even when the schedule doesn’t.

You’re familiar with modern campaign tools, NationBuilder, Salesforce, WinRed, and eager to master new ones.

You’ll do well here if you bring curiosity, composure, and a steady hand. The rest we’ll teach.
