Curana Health is a provider of value-based primary care services for the senior living industry, including skilled nursing facilities, assisted & independent living communities, Memory Care units, and affordable senior housing sites. Job Summary: We are seeking a Chief of Staff to provide strategic support to our Medical Group's executive leadership, advance policy development and advocacy, and foster a robust organizational culture. Reporting directly to the President of the Medical Group, this role is pivotal in driving operational excellence and strategic initiatives within the organization. You will work closely with our Medical Group executives, providing detailed analysis, actionable insights, and strategic guidance to influence high-level decision-making. This position is ideal for a consulting professional seeking to transition into a strategic, impactful role within the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Assist the executive team in developing, communicating, and executing strategic initiatives.
- Track and manage progress on key company goals and objectives.
- Provide strategic advice and insights to the CEO and other senior leaders.
- Operational Efficiency:
- Oversee daily operations and ensure alignment with company goals.
- Implement and manage processes to improve operational efficiency.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project completion.
- Leadership Support Operations:
- Provide strategic support to senior leadership in decision-making processes.
- Conduct in-depth analysis and provide actionable insights on various organizational and industry-specific issues.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and presentations that support leadership initiatives and priorities.
- Assist in the planning and execution of leadership meetings, off-sites, and other strategic events.
- Policy Development/Advocacy & Regulatory Analysis:
- Conduct comprehensive policy research and analysis to inform advocacy strategies and organizational policies.
- Monitor and analyze regulatory developments and trends, assessing their potential impact on the organization.
- Prepare detailed reports, briefs, and policy papers to support advocacy efforts and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and advocate for policy positions aligned with organizational goals.
- Leadership Communications:
- Develop high-quality slide decks and presentations that effectively communicate complex ideas and strategies.
- Ensure consistency and coherence in messaging across various leadership communications channels. Support the preparation and coordination of external communication efforts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Policy, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare and/or growth-stage company environments.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and graphic design.
- Strong communication skills and social media savvy. Background or strong interest in health policy.
