The organization is seeking a part-time China Research Intern to assist with open-source research and translation related to China's military and defense sectors. This remote role, ideally suited for candidates in the Washington, DC area, involves tasks such as data gathering, report editing, and generating data visualizations. Candidates should possess strong near-native Chinese reading skills and be either enrolled in or recently graduated from a Master's or PhD program. Experience in Chinese-to-English translation and familiarity with data science tools like Python are preferred. The position requires a commitment of 15-25 hours per week.
