Client Services Associate

TenX Strategies is seeking a Client Services Associate to support its consulting team and help deliver exceptional service across multiple nonprofit client engagements. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in organized, fast-moving environments and enjoys supporting mission-driven organizations through strong operational and communication skills.


The Client Services Associate serves as a force multiplier for TenX’s consultants, helping ensure client meetings are well-prepared, deliverables are accurate and professional, and projects stay on track. The role combines project coordination, client communications, and operational support to help nonprofit clients


achieve transformational fundraising results.

This is a full-time remote role, with preference for candidates located in U.S. time zones. The position reports to the Client Services Lead.

Key Responsibilities

Client Meeting Preparation and Follow-Up

  • Prepare meeting agendas, compile prior notes and deliverables, and confirm logistics ahead of client meetings.
  • Capture action items and key decisions during meetings and distribute concise follow-up notes and next steps.
  • Maintain project trackers and timelines to ensure tasks are assigned and deadlines are met.

Client Deliverables and Communications

  • Draft and format client-facing materials including memos, proposals, scopes of work, invoices, and short summaries.
  • Proofread and quality-check documents to ensure clarity, accuracy, and professionalism.
  • Conduct light research and compile supporting materials for consulting engagements, including assessments, training programs, and implementation work.

Operations and Coordination

  • Coordinate the mailing of printed materials such as booklets or reports and track shipping confirmations.
  • Maintain organized client files, documentation, and notes so team members can quickly access key information.
  • Support internal systems and processes that help consultants manage multiple client engagements effectively.

Required Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in client service, operations, project coordination, executive assistance, or a similar role.
  • Strong writing skills, with the ability to produce clear summaries, professional memos, and polished client materials (including using AI tools when appropriate).
  • Excellent organization and follow-through, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities while maintaining high-quality work.
  • Comfort with technology and willingness to learn new tools such as project management systems, documentation platforms, and AI tools.
  • High integrity and discretion when handling sensitive client information.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with nonprofits, fundraising teams, or consulting firms.
  • Familiarity with platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Notion, Airtable, Asana, or Google Workspace.
  • Basic familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT.
  • Design or document layout skills are a plus.

Work Environment

  • Full-time remote position (U.S. time zones preferred).
  • Availability during normal business hours for client meetings Monday through Friday.
  • Occasional travel may be possible but is not required.
  • Reliable internet connection and a professional workspace are required.

Salary Range  $75,000 - $80,000
