Climate Equity Policy Fellow

The organization is seeking a Climate Equity Policy Fellow to join its Climate Equity and Healthy Homes team for a two-year fellowship program. This role focuses on supporting policy development and advocacy efforts aimed at advancing climate justice and energy equity. Key responsibilities include conducting research, drafting policy memos, and collaborating with community and state partners to drive advocacy initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to environmental and social justice, experience in community organizing, and the ability to analyze policy issues effectively. A background in working with frontline communities and knowledge of clean energy policies are highly desirable.
