What We're Looking For

β€’    6+ years of experience in public affairs, strategic communications, political campaigns or a related field

β€’    Strong working knowledge of California's policy, regulatory and political environment

β€’    Experience managing accounts or campaigns with accountability for strategy and client relationships

β€’    Excellent written communication skills; comfort drafting a wide range of strategic content

Why Join Us

β€’    Independent, locally owned agency with the autonomy to work on projects that align with our values

β€’    Long-standing client relationships with real continuity and strategic depth

β€’    Award-winning team β€” you will be surrounded by people who push you to do your best work

β€’    Senior leaders who are present, supportive and invested in your career

β€’    High-profile work on California's defining policy debates

β€’    Hybrid work environment built for flexibility and long-term sustainability
