This role is essential to ensuring Equality Federation meets its ambitious revenue goals and

continues to strengthen its financial base. Your mission will be to manage and grow our

individual donor programs (mid-level to major donors), steward and cultivate corporate

sponsorships for our Leadership Conference, and administer the fundraising database of

EveryAction to support strong donor engagement and accurate forecasting.

This role directly supports the Director of Development by managing day-to-day donor

stewardship, prospecting, and sponsor logistics while modeling and upholding our Ethical

Fundraising Policy.

The major priorities of this role are:

1) Strengthening, stewarding, and soliciting a diverse base of donors and corporate

sponsors through relationship-building, cultivation and ongoing engagement

2) Streamlining and utilizing EveryAction for all fundraising campaign tracking, donor

segmentation, data management, and reporting

3) Supporting and coordinating corporate sponsorship solicitation and outreach, including

logistics, and deliverables for the Leadership Conference and annual sponsorships.

4) Ensuring clean, accurate, and timely donor
