POSITION:Corporate Relations Coordinator

SALARY RANGE: $50,000-$50,000
PRIMARY PURPOSE
The Corporate Relations Coordinator strengthens team efficiency by providing critical administrative and operational support to the corporate fundraising team, ensuring the seamless management of fundraising portfolios and donor records. By overseeing logistical details, maintaining data integrity, and streamlining internal workflows, this role enables the team to focus on high-level relationship building and strategic fundraising priorities. Ultimately, the Coordinator serves as a foundational link that connects daily operations with the broader goals of the team while providing essential support for the execution of workplace giving campaigns and fundraising initiatives.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Workplace Engagement & Campaign Support (60%)
- Support the planning, execution, andtrackingof workplacegivingcampaigns and corporate partnerships in close collaboration with the Senior Director, Workplace Giving andWorkplace Engagement team, ensuring a seamless and high-quality partner experience.
- Coordinate thelogisticalcomponentsof workplace giving campaigns and corporate engagement initiatives, ensuringthat deadlines, deliverables, and communications areexecuted thoroughly and accurately.
- Manage a portfolio of corporate accounts, supportingcampaignactivities, partner communications,results processing,and post-campaign stewardship.
- Collaborate withdevelopment operationscolleaguesto prepare campaignresultreporting,communityimpact updates, and presentations forbothcorporate partners and internalleadership.
- Serve as a primary point of contact forworkplace giving inquiries,managing a generalinboxand responding to partnerinquiriesina timelyand professional manner.
- Assistin coordinatinglogisticsfor corporate volunteer projects in partnership withWorkplace Engagement and Volunteer Engagement teams.
- Identifyand implement opportunities to improve processes, enhancepartnerexperiences, and increase campaign effectiveness.
Corporate Team Support & Coordination (40%)
- Provide administrativeandoperationalportfolio support to the Senior Director, Workplace Giving andAVP, Corporate Relationsto strengtheneffectiverelationship management and teamefficiency.
- Support portfolio management by tracking engagement activity,maintainingdonor and corporate partner records, and helpingtoadvanceoutreach and follow-up.
- Assistwith reporting and data analysis, including campaign performance, revenue tracking, and pipeline updates.
- Assistwithscheduling and meeting coordination for the Senior Director andAVP, Corporate Relations, ensuring efficient use of time and strong internal/external communication.
- Maintainaccurateand up-to-date records inSalesforcedatabaseand otherinternalsystems, ensuring data integrity.
- Prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, briefing documents, and follow-up notes.
- Provide general administrative support to the WorkplaceEngagementteam, helping streamline workflows and improve team efficiency.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum one to threeyearsof professional work experience in a relatedfield such asnonprofit administration, corporate relations, or project coordination.
- Proven ability to manage complex workflows with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring multiple competing priorities and deadlines are met with precision.
- Demonstrated technical aptitude in data management and reporting, withproficiencyin CRM systems—specifically Salesforce—tomaintaindata integrity and generate actionable insights.
- Excellentwritten and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate mission-driven narratives andmaintainprofessional correspondence with diverse stakeholders.
- A partnership-oriented mindset with a deep interest in relationship-based fundraising, corporate social responsibility, and cross-functional teamwork.
- High levelof professionalism and discretion, withthe confidenceand maturity to provide direct support to senior leadership and navigate sensitive information.
