The Mission Mark Kelly for Senate is the campaign organization for Senator Mark Kelly of Arizona. Re-elected to a six-year term in 2022 after a ground-breaking win in the 2020 special election, Senator Kelly is a proven leader in the Senate and an independent voice for Arizonans. Mark Kelly for Senate is continuing to build its team by hiring a full-time creative director to manage the visual brand of Mark Kelly for Senate and its associated projects. The Opportunity Our Creative Director will be the driving force behind the visual Mark Kelly for Senate brand. They will work closely with the Senior Advisor, Chief of Staff, and key members of the leadership team to expand the creative content and digital communications of the campaign with an emphasis on video production and storytelling. We are looking for a dynamic, experienced digital communications specialist who knows how to build a uniform brand while bringing original and unique ideas to the table. Duties Qualifications Required Preferred, but not required Logistics Salary: $9,000/month, payable through regular payroll. Location: Based in Washington, DC, Tucson, AZ, or Phoenix, AZ. Benefits: Mark Kelly for Senate provides medical, vision, and dental benefits under the terms of its insurance plans. Leave: Mark Kelly for Senate maintains competitive time-off benefits, including 12 days of vacation per year. Job Type/Hours: This is a full-time position and its schedule will vary based on the needs of the campaign and point in the cycle, and is likely to require evening and weekend work over the course of the election cycle.
