Defense Analyst, Mid

The organization seeks a Mid-Level Defense Analyst to support a Navy client throughout the Defense Authorization and Appropriations process. This role involves leveraging Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) systems to coordinate and analyze requirements, milestones, and progress, while providing insights for strategy and policy development. Key responsibilities include tracking metrics for strategy implementation and conducting risk-based analysis. Candidates should have at least 3 years of relevant experience, knowledge of congressional affairs, and a Bachelor's degree, along with a Secret clearance. Familiarity with Navy operations and data analysis tools is preferred.
