Location: Manhattan
Manager: Director of Operations
Salary Range: $7,500 - $8,500 monthly (commensurate with experience)

Advance to bridge high-level calendar management with event production.
Managing a vertical that includes scheduling, principal support, and advance, the
Deputy Director ensures that every minute of each candidates’ day is maximized and
that every major event is executed flawlessly.

Responsibilities
Scheduling & Principal Support Oversight
- Supervise the Scheduler to ensure the campaign calendar seamlessly
itineraries.
Advance & Event Site Execution
- Manage the end-to-end event planning and execution process.
- Source, negotiate, and execute vendor agreements for events, including for
- Partner directly with event leads to guarantee that all participants are fully
- Oversee the advance team's management of site logistics.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
- 3–5+ years of experience across political scheduling or advance.
- Proven familiarity with what it takes to mount a large-scale public production.
- Experience managing direct reports and vendors under tight deadlines.
- Elite situational awareness, sound judgment, and a track record of handling
- Comfortable with non-traditional hours and statewide travel.
