- Assist in planning and executing development events
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders on event coordination
- Maintain event and alumni databases
- Coordinate communications and marketing materials
- Prepare reports and track event outcomes
- Manage logistics including vendors and event setup
- Serve as a point of contact for event inquiries
- Support vendor and partner relationships
- Participate in professional development and mission-based activities
Perform other duties as assigned
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Practicing Catholic
- Experience in nonprofit or event planning
Familiarity with donor systems and design tools

The Development Associate supports the organization's fundraising and development efforts through event coordination, donor engagement, and administrative support.
