Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Development Manager for a full-time remote position. This role involves managing donor relationships, executing fundraising campaigns, and identifying new opportunities to advance the Foundation's mission. The Development Manager will foster collaboration with teams across the organization, monitor key metrics, and deliver exceptional donor stewardship to meet financial and philanthropic goals.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in fundraising, donor relations, or grant writing
- Strong communication, writing, and presentation skills
- Project management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in CRM platforms, fundraising software, or database management systems
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with a diverse team
- Experience in nonprofit organizations or health-related initiatives is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Nonprofit Management, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
