Job Description
Western Rivers Conservancy (WRC) seeks an experienced Director of Development—a senior leader who will build on our strong conservation record and expand our philanthropic capacity. The Director of Development will work with the President and the board to build new relationships for WRC and deepen relationships with existing donors. The Director will manage an active portfolio of donors while also providing strategic leadership to our high-performing development team. There is a strong preference for the Director of Development to be based in Portland, Oregon.
The starting salary range for this position is $135,000 to $155,000. WRC offers excellent benefits including a 10% contribution for retirement.
