Job Description
Senior Democratic Senator is seeking a dynamic, experienced Director of Digital Strategy. You will craft messaging for social media and all of our web and online properties. You will manage a content team of three staff. You will manage creator outreach. You will manage a twelve-person team across a studio, video, photo, rapid response, graphics, and engineering that works on behalf of the entire Senate Democratic Caucus and with each Senator. You will work with Democratic Digital Directors and staff across the caucus. You will be constantly brainstorming and looking for the next trend, the next story, the next post, the next creator. Applicants should have 4-6 years’ experience in digital communications, have management experience, have worked on a large digital team, and be constantly looking ahead for the next trend in social media.
