Director of Legislative Affairs

The organization seeks a Director of Legislative Affairs to oversee its legislative portfolio and lead a team focused on research and advocacy initiatives. This role involves supervising staff in monitoring and interpreting legislation, coordinating with divisional leadership, and engaging with various stakeholders to promote policy proposals. The Director will also represent the organization in public hearings, draft testimony, and maintain relationships with government agencies and advocacy groups. Ideal candidates will possess strong management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of the legislative process at multiple government levels. This position may allow for remote work up to two days per week.
