ACEing Autism is on a mission for children with autism to grow, develop and benefit from social connections and fitness through affordable tennis programming, serving individual needs while filling a national void for this growing and worthy population. The organization aims to be the preeminent thought leader on how tennis and sport develops children with autism spectrum disorder, while impacting those reached with ACEing’s unique programming.

Position Overview: We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Director of Marketing to lead demand creation efforts, ensuring a robust pipeline of prospective, high-quality leaders and locations to advance local ACEIng programs. This role will focus on partnership marketing, optimizing digital marketing, conference and event marketing, and refining lead-gen processes to ultimately serve more children and families. The ideal candidate will drive marketing initiatives that align with organizational goals while improving coordination between teams.

Job Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Implement and refine marketing strategies to generate and nurture high-quality leads to develop grassroots programs.
  • Drive national outreach efforts to connect to attract quality volunteers and families and their engagement.
  • Establish and manage partnerships with organizations and individuals to expand reach and impact.
  • Plan and execute ACEing’s presence at key conferences and optimize lead-gen and conversion.
  • Identify gaps in follow-up processes and implement solutions to improve conversion rates.
  • Plan and implement digital marketing strategies, including SEM, Google Ads, social media advertising and content marketing, and email marketing to drive both program growth and support fundraising.
  • Support planning and execution of fundraising and community outreach events.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, ensuring marketing efforts are aligned and effective.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key marketing metrics to optimize performance.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in grassroots-national marketing, demand generation, or pipeline management.
  • Brand management capabilities.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to coordinate efforts across multiple teams.
  • Expertise in digital marketing, social media ad buying, SEM, and strategic partnership development.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with an emphasis on process improvement.
  • Self-motivated, analytical, and results-oriented.
  • Experience in a nonprofit or mission-driven organization preferred.
