Director of Policy

The organization seeks a Director of Policy to lead its public policy initiatives focused on the organization rights and election administration. This role involves analyzing legislation, developing advocacy strategies, and building coalitions to promote a pro-voter agenda. The Director will manage external relationships, produce policy briefs, and engage with stakeholders to ensure compliance with lobbying regulations. Candidates should have at least 10 years of relevant experience, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of election laws. A law degree or advanced degree in a related field is preferred. This hybrid position requires in-person work in Washington, D.C.
