About StopAntisemitism

StopAntisemitism is a grassroots watchdog organization dedicated to exposing groups and individuals that espouse incitement towards the Jewish people and State and engage in antisemitic behaviors. Founded in 2018, StopAntisemitism was born in response to increasing antisemitic violence and sentiment across the United States.


Please note this role is HYBRID: 3 days in person (CT), 2 days remote (subject to change)


Responsibilities of the role:

  • Manage a complex, high-volume executive calendar across multiple time zones
  • Prioritize and evaluate scheduling requests, making real-time judgment calls
  • Coordinate travel, logistics, and last-minute changes; occasional travel with the CEO is required
  • Prepare briefing materials, agendas, and talking points
  • Act as gatekeeper for all inbound communications and meeting requests
  • Draft, review, and manage correspondence on behalf of the CEO
  • Liaise with donors, coalition partners, media, legal team, and government offices
  • Track team follow-ups, deadlines, and priority action items to ensure execution
  • Support rapid-response advocacy efforts and time-sensitive initiatives
  • Assist with fundraising logistics and high-level outreach
  • Maintain highly organized, confidential records and documentation
  • Anticipate needs, flag risks early, and proactively propose solutions
  • Support special projects and cross-functional coordination


Qualifications of the candidate:

  • 3+ years supporting a senior executive in a high-pressure, fast-moving environment
  • Demonstrated experience managing competing priorities with minimal direction
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Absolute discretion and comfort handling sensitive, confidential matters
  • High emotional intelligence and confidence interacting with senior leaders and public figures
  • Ability to operate independently, anticipate needs, and course-correct quickly
  • Strong alignment with StopAntisemitism’s mission is required

This role is not an entry-level or purely administrative position. Candidates must be comfortable making judgment calls and operating with autonomy. Those seeking a strictly 9–5, low-intensity, or fully remote role are NOT a fit for this role nor organization.


Compensation Details and More:

  • Salary: $55,000 - 65,000 per year, commensurate with experience
  • Benefits offered include: subsidized health, dental, and vision premiums, 401K with a 4% match, paid PTO
