  • Track priorities and ensure deadlines are met across multiple workstreams.
  • Prepare briefing materials, correspondence, and meeting notes.
  • Serve as a trusted gatekeeper while exercising sound judgment and discretion.
  • Independently manage projects from concept to completion.
  • Handle rapidly changing priorities with professionalism and composure.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience on Capitol Hill, in a congressional office, political campaign, or comparable political environment is required.
  • Strong understanding of the pace, demands, and expectations of Washington and national politics.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage numerous competing priorities simultaneously.
  • Ability to identify problems, develop solutions, and execute without constant direction.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment.

The ideal candidate is someone who naturally takes ownership, follows through, and keeps the trains running without needing to be asked twice.

Preferred Background

Preference will be given to candidates who have demonstrated exceptional discipline and the ability to balance demanding responsibilities, including:

  • Former campaign, administration, or Capitol Hill staff

Compensation & Benefits

  • Highly competitive compensation commensurate with experience.
  • Performance-based bonus opportunities.
  • 401(k)
  • Health and related benefits.
  • Opportunities for unique professional growth
  • Exposure to CEOs, founders, investors, Members of Congress, senior Administration officials, and nationally recognized business leaders
  • Unique opportunities to travel in support of executive meetings, client engagements, and special events.

About the Opportunity

Our firm represents a sophisticated portfolio of clients operating across public policy, national security, infrastructure, technology, and other highly regulated industries. We maintain a center-right perspective and operate in an environment where responsiveness, professionalism, and attention to detail are expected every day.
