We are seeking an outstanding candidate to join our dynamic team in Washington, DC as an Executive Assistant. Location is near Union Station.
Responsibilities Include: ◦ Act as the point of contact among Partners, Principles, Clients, and external Government Offices ◦ Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner ◦ Manage calendars and set up meetings ◦ Collect, organize, process content and information as needed ◦ Make travel and accommodation arrangements ◦ Make lunch and dinner arrangements among clients and contacts ◦ Keep up with office supplies and house needs, to include facility repairs ◦ Assist Partners and Principles with their office supplies and technology needs ◦ Operate printers, copiers, and other office equipment ◦ Schedule, plan, stage and facilitate office fundraisers and receptions ◦ Schedule, plan, and stage in person meetings and technology set up for hybrid conference calls ◦ Walk up and down stairs with frequency and lift 10-20 pounds at a time ◦ Maintain a working knowledge of ethical processes and procedures
Requirements and Skills: ◦ Previous experience working as an Administrative Assistant or similar role ◦ Capitol Hill experience a must ◦ Experience with Microsoft Office products to include Word, Excel, Outlook, OneDrive and SharePoint ◦ Experience with virtual meeting platforms like Teams, Zoom, and WebEx ◦ Experience with Apple products and associated applications ◦ Experience with Canva ◦ Excellent verbal and written communication skills ◦ Discretion and confidentiality ◦ Outstanding initiative, organizational and time management skills ◦ Familiarity with office equipment and computer operation ◦ High School diploma or equivalent ◦ Undergraduate degree preferred
