PCIF Profile Since 2001, the PCI Foundation has advanced education in precast/prestressed concrete by funding curriculum development grants at universities. These grants connect professors with local precast producers, engineers, and architects to develop unique academic content, inspire students, and strengthen industry–academic partnerships. Through this work, the Foundation builds the next generation of talent while increasing awareness and adoption of precast concrete technologies. General Statement The PCI Foundation seeks a dynamic, entrepreneurial, and hands-on Executive Director to lead the organization in its next stage of growth. Reporting to the Board of Trustees and working closely with the Foundation’s Executive Committee, this individual serves as the chief staff officer and the “face” of the Foundation—responsible for advancing its mission, expanding resources, and strengthening its impact across academia and the construction industry. Executive Director has dotted reporting relationship to PCI’s Chief Financial and Administrative Officer. This is a self-sufficient role for a strong generalist equally comfortable fundraising, program development, marketing/communications, donor engagement, and administration. Strategic Leadership & Governance Fundraising & Donor Engagement Marketing & Communications Program Development & Oversight Operations & Administration Required Qualifications and Competencies: · Minimum 7–10 years of experience in nonprofit leadership, and fundraising. · Excellent oral and written communication skills · Ability to travel frequently to universities, industry events and donor meetings.
