This role focuses on engaging with state and local issues relevant to the securities industry, offering opportunities to connect with industry representatives and participate in educational events. Key responsibilities include monitoring legislative and regulatory initiatives, conducting research and analysis, and producing internal memoranda and legal summaries. Ideal candidates are 2L, 3L, LL.M., or S.J.D. students with a background or interest in regulatory, administrative, or securities law, as well as familiarity with the legislative process.
