Fall 2026 Legal Fellow

Senator Reverend Raphael Warnock, Member of the Senate Finance, Banking, and Agriculture Committees, seeks Legal Fellow beginning Fall 2026 and lasting approximately one year. This position is based in Washington, D.C. This position is ideally suited for a recent graduate of an accredited J.D. program. Fellow candidates must have the ability to secure fellowship funding from their law school or another source.


The Fellow will assist staff with research and the drafting of legislation, memos, talking points, and letters. Projects will focus on a variety of issues, including voting rights, campaign finance, civil rights, criminal justice reform, technology, and other issues as assigned. Projects can also be tailored to a fellow’s particular area of interest. A successful applicant will have excellent research and writing skills and be highly motivated.
