Federal Legislative & Staff Director

The organization is seeking a Federal Legislative & Staff Director to lead its federal advocacy efforts from Washington, D.C. This senior leadership role requires a strategic thinker with a minimum of 10 years of Capitol Hill experience, including work with Congressional committees. The successful candidate will develop and implement legislative strategies, oversee team performance, and manage relationships with key stakeholders. Strong writing, analytical, and organizational skills are essential, along with a proven ability to create structure and processes in fast-paced environments. A background in energy policy or experience with relevant committees is preferred.
