Job Description
The Florida House Democratic Campaign Committee is the political,
campaign, and fundraising arm responsible for the operations of the Florida
House Democratic Caucus. The House Democratic Leader Designate and their campaign committee oversee the FHDCC operations and its staff.
Finance Director
The Florida House Democratic Campaign Committee seeks a full-time
Finance Director for the remainder of the 2026 election cycle. The Finance
Director will be tasked to implement the caucus finance plan and make changes to it as necessary as the nature of the cycle progresses, oversee all
fundraising activities, including targeted incumbent and challenger races across the state, train candidates and staff on fundraising best practices, and
be the primary point of contact on all things related to fundraising. The
Finance Director reports directly to the Caucus Director and Senior Advisor.

Advisor.
tracking expenditures, cash flow, and budget gaps for program campaigns.
fundraising skills, track/report on success, and build strong finance operations that support their campaign budget.
Skills and Qualifications
Salary and Benefits
Salary commensurate with experience, with a salary band of between $75,000 - $90,000. The FHDCC provides health, dental,
