Field Organizer

The organization seeks a Field Organizer to drive voter engagement efforts in lower Manhattan for an upcoming State the organization campaign. This role involves achieving voter contact goals through door-to-door canvassing, phone banking, and street outreach, while also recruiting and training volunteers. The Field Organizer will manage a fellowship program, conduct outreach to local businesses and organizations, and represent the campaign at various events. Candidates should have at least one cycle of campaign field experience or relevant public-facing work, along with a strong commitment to progressive Democratic values. This full-time position requires working six days a week, with a salary of $5,000 per month.
