Field Organizer

The organization seeks a Field Organizer to drive grassroots efforts for a gubernatorial campaign in the organization. This role involves activating and engaging volunteers to connect with voters across all 169 towns, executing a high-volume voter contact program, and recruiting and training volunteers to lead their own outreach efforts. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a tireless work ethic, and the ability to manage time effectively while working both independently and as part of a team. A commitment to the campaign's values and extensive travel throughout the organization is required. This contract position offers compensation between $4,000 and $5,000 per month based on experience.
