Job Description
The organization is seeking a Field Organizer to support its election campaign efforts. This role focuses on community engagement through voter contact via door-to-door canvassing and phone banking, while also managing and training volunteers. Key responsibilities include utilizing Votebuilder for tracking metrics, meeting daily and weekly goals, and maintaining relationships with voters in the assigned area. Candidates should have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and ideally some prior organizing experience. A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle are required, along with full availability for the last four weeks leading up to the election.
