Government Affairs Associate

The organization seeks a Government Affairs Associate to monitor and influence legislation pertinent to the organization profession. This hybrid role, requiring two in-person days per week in Washington, DC, involves educating legislators about key issues such as physician payment reform and patient access to care. The associate will establish bipartisan relationships with Congress members and relevant organizations, draft legislative materials, and provide updates to internal teams. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree, at least three years of healthcare industry experience, and preferably two to five years of Capitol Hill or lobbying experience.
