What You Will Achieve

  • Government & Stakeholder Engagement

-Build and maintain regular communication with federal, state, and local government officials.

-Foster strong relationships with government agencies in regions where our retail stores operate.

  • Public Affairs Support

-Provide day-to-day support for local public affairs matters and help address operational challenges.

-Support the advancement of key corporate initiatives and major projects in collaboration with headquarters.

  • Policy Monitoring & Risk Management

-Track federal and state-level policy and legislative developments; provide timely risk assessments and early warnings.

-Conduct in-depth research on government processes, public policy, and regulatory issues relevant to the designer toy and consumer goods industries.

  • Industry Engagement & ESG Initiatives

-Maintain partnerships with industry associations and chambers of commerce; represent the company in industry standard discussions.

-Support local execution of ESG programs in coordination with relevant U.S.-based organizations.


What You Will Need

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Public Administration, Law, International Relations, Business, Finance, or related field.
  • 5–8 years of professional experience in government affairs, public policy, or related fields.
  • Solid understanding of the U.S. political system and regulatory landscape; existing relationships with government agencies (e.g., administrative, regulatory, customs) are a strong plus.
  • Experience in consumer goods, retail, or lifestyle/entertainment industries preferred.
  • Excellent bilingual communication skills (English and Mandarin). Native English proficiency or extensive U.S. work experience preferred; Spanish is a plus.
  • Strong government relations, negotiation, cross-cultural communication, and crisis management skills.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure, deliver results, and adapt to frequent travel requirements.
  • Other: Genuine interest in designer toys and consumer products, with strong alignment to our brand values.
