Health Policy Analyst

The organization seeks a Health Policy Analyst to contribute to its mission of improving health the organization and quality for underserved populations. This role involves conducting research and analysis on state and federal health policies, developing position papers, and engaging with legislative processes. The analyst will collaborate across departments to establish policy goals, track legislation, and prepare leadership for participation in policy coalitions. Candidates should possess a Master’s degree in a relevant field and at least three years of health policy experience, preferably with Medicaid or ACA programs. Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills are essential for success in this hybrid position.
