Turn Your Conviction Into Real-World Impact
This is not a desk job.
This is face-to-face advocacy - having real conversations about immigrant rights, civil liberties, gender equity, and humanitarian aid.
If you feel frustrated watching rights erode, families separated, or children in crisis without support, this is your chance to do something tangible about it.
We are building a team of passionate fundraisers to represent leading human rights and global aid organizations. Everything we do is powered by everyday people.
What You’ll Be Supporting
Our current campaigns focus on:
Defending immigrants’ rights and due process
Challenging mass deportations and attacks on birthright citizenship
Protecting constitutional and civil liberties through the courts
Ending child marriage and expanding girls’ access to education
Delivering emergency food, healthcare, and hygiene supplies in conflict zones
Rebuilding schools, hospitals, and community infrastructure after crisis
Your work directly funds legal action, grassroots organizing, and life-saving humanitarian aid.
What You’ll Actually Be Doing
Meeting at our NYC office at the start of each shift
Traveling with your team to outreach locations across the city
Approaching members of the public and starting conversations
Delivering a structured script (Introduction - Problem - Solution - Your Why - Call to Action)
Signing up new monthly donors who sustain long-term change
This role requires:
Clear, continuous verbal communication in English

We are an Equal Opportunity Employer. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds and provide reasonable accommodations. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.
Let’s Be Honest
This job is challenging.
You’ll be outside.
You’ll talk about heavy issues.
You’ll be told no.
But when someone signs up to fund legal defense for detained families or provide education to a girl who would otherwise be forced into marriage - that feels different.
If you want work that aligns with your values and builds serious communication skills, this is it.
Apply today and help build a team that funds real change.
