Massachusetts Democratic Senator seeks an Immigration Caseworker with immediate availability for their Boston office. This is a junior-level role and primary responsibilities include responding to constituent inquiries and requests for assistance on issues related to immigration and liaising with appropriate federal agencies on behalf of those constituents.
The Immigration Caseworker will work closely with the Immigration Specialist to help monitor and respond to immigration-related issues and evaluate casework for opportunities for legislative action or oversight. This position requires strong organizational, communication, and prioritization skills; the Caseworker will be responsible for training and managing interns. Applicants should be team players who demonstrate outstanding attention to detail and maintain a positive attitude while working in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has prior experience with casework or constituent services in a government office, and speaks Spanish.
