Candidates should possess over eight years of intelligence analysis experience, with at least four years in intelligence planning, and be familiar with various intelligence functions and national security policies. An active TS/SCI clearance is required, along with a bachelor's degree. Ideal candidates will have strong analytical skills and experience interfacing with senior defense officials.
