The role involves advising clients on CFIUS reviews, customs compliance, sanctions, export controls, and trade remedies, while also supporting transactional and regulatory work. The ideal candidate will have experience in international trade, strong drafting and analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple client matters effectively. Admission to the D.C. Bar or eligibility for waiver is required, along with a willingness to travel internationally as needed.
