Job Description
The Office of U.S. Senator Ruben Gallego is now accepting applications for internship opportunities in both our Phoenix and Tucson offices for the upcoming fall term, running from mid August – mid December. Interns will be expected to work in-person, with a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week. We offer flexible scheduling to accommodate students’ availability, and all interns will be compensated for their time.
Interns' responsibilities will be tailored to meet the office's needs at any given time. In Tucson and Phoenix, interns can expect to assist our casework team in addressing constituents' inquiries about federal agencies, support our outreach team at community events, help with administrative duties such as front desk coverage and answering phones, and gain valuable experience by engaging with the communications teams
