Job Description
Latino Political & Coalitions Lead, you will be responsible for building and managing relationships with Latino community leaders in Arizona and engaging them in programming as we prepare for the 2024 coordinated campaign. This position will report to the Program Lead and is based in Phoenix, Arizona.
Travel: This position requires 30% of in-state travel.
Salary: $84,000/year
Responsibilities:
Develop relationships in targeted communities with Latino grasstops leaders
Build focused coalition groups that lay a long term foundation for Democrats in 2024, both in-person and online
Build in-person coalition events to engage supporters
Emphasize campaign visibility in key communities, working alongside state partners and allies
Innovate, pilot, and test programs, tools, and strategies to advance outreach and mobilization efforts with Latinos
Work across departments to achieve key Organizing and Communications goals
