Duties

Ensure appropriate resources are available and assigned to maintain appropriate workflow.

Assign work to details based on priorities, selective consideration of the difficulty and requirements of assignments and the capabilities of employees.

Provide information regarding the Congressional Directory in response to inquiries by Members of Congress and internal/external stakeholders.

Manage complex projects across multiple organizations with a wide variety of stakeholders.

Draft and assist in the development of agency/office policy and procedures for approval of senior officials.
