Job Description
The organization is seeking a Legal Fellow for a two-year position based in Madison, Wisconsin, starting September 1, 2027. This role involves managing a First Amendment caseload, addressing state/church complaints, conducting legal research, and drafting various legal documents. Ideal candidates will be recent law school graduates with strong writing, communication, and research skills, as well as a keen interest in First Amendment issues. Applicants should be licensed to practice law in Wisconsin or plan to take the Wisconsin Bar Exam soon after starting.
