The organization is seeking a Spring 2027 legal intern to join its Legal, Ethics & Trust Department in New York City. This paid internship will provide law students with practical experience in an in-house legal environment, focusing on transactional, litigation, and corporate matters. Responsibilities include researching and drafting legal documents, reviewing agreements, and participating in client meetings. Candidates must be enrolled in an ABA-accredited law school, possess a minimum GPA of 3.0, and demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills. Prior internship experience in a law firm or judicial setting is preferred.
